Week Thirty

Under 8’s No game

Under 9’s Played away today against a well-established Rosendale team who have been together playing since under sixes, the boys found it tough going and lost the three twenty minute games 7-2 overall. A good learning curve for the Bloods and maybe next season we can arrange another friendly to set the record straight. The bar has now been set so let’s see how we progress in the coming months.

Under 10’s Hale away p-p

Under 11’s Were away to Poynton in a clash of the Titans as both were undefeated going into this game at the top of the 1st division, the points were shared as the game ended 1-1, both teams were a little edgy throughout the game and maybe showed too much respect to one another. These two still have to play again yet, this time at the home of the Bloods so still all to play for as the season comes to its finale

Under 12’s No game

Under 13’s Chapel town away p-p

Under 14’s No game

Under 15’s won away 7-2 with only 10 men against last season’s champions Hazel, a terrific result for the boys who are still in the hunt for top spot grove. Big game now on Thursday evening against Great moor county C’mon boys

Under 17’s Bramhall away p-p Cheadle & Gatley dropped a massive point this morning home to Vikings in a 3-3 draw which sets up next Sundays u/17’s game away as a potential title decider, a win for the boys will put them into a great position to finish top

Open Age No game

Footnote: Positive results for our 11’s 15’s and 17’s today hopefully we can now build on this for the last month of the season and finish amongst the honours
